Can I record Battleblock Theatre gameplay and upload it with in-game music or will it be taken due to copyright infringement?

I wanted to record some Battleblock theater gameplay and was just wondering if it was ok keeping on in-game music.

depends what song plays, if your not sure just play without the ingame music and you should be fine

The OST should be fine to play with, as people upload those original content on YT for people to hear, but if you're making money from doing the videos, I have no idea, shouldn't be a problem, as these devs are wacky and nice people, unlike Nintendon't.

Playing with the main menu theme and the normal set of songs that play while playing the game. If it were these will it be ok

The thing is though, all the level songs are made from different artists (Patric Catani, Koala Kid, Dan Paladin & Lee LaDouceur) but they seem pretty nice about people using their music, so go for it!
