For those looking for Zhang Jiao Bond ending...
I found him in the village at the very start of Chapter 2.

However, I don't know if its related, but I found him after I beat him in Ultimate Warrior.

You have to go back to Ch 1 after beating the game. He'll have 2 sets of trainings. The last event is after the start of Ch 2.
