Koei bring back this wonderful mode from dynasty warriors 5 xtreme legends:
dynasty mode.

It KoeiTechmo you know for sure they will release Power up Kit later or Extreme version to resold you the game again

DW:E would be nice. Imagine a total overhaul of the Empires system, that isn't as deep as a puddle anymore. With officers as actual actors too, doing stuff in the background actively, developing their relationships, getting in trouble, doing all that Three Kingdoms goodness. Maybe some functional economy too, so you could ruin it.

That would be the game for hundreds of hours of fun.

I’ve wanted a variation of Rotk with dynasty style combat for decades. Empires scratches that itch to some extent but it’s too barebones to truly compare. It could be so fun…

an empire game with this foundation would be amazing.

keep the overworld map and have the various upgrades that you can typically build in empire games like mines and walls and stuff actually have little models on the overworld. maybe even visually represent how prosperous a region is for example if it got raided a lot and has low defence the city could be on fire or even the fields could be dead and dry.

allow us to form a mercenary gang like in 8 empires again with the special mission like assassinating the local ruler and all that stuff using the skirmishes from this game as a foundation. one of the things i hated the most about 9 empires is that there was basically nothing for you to do without joining a kingdom first.
