Same here. Idk what they were thinking selling it like it's a Call of Duty release.
It always seemed to me that key websites buy the releases on SALE and then keep the slightly above price on key website.
Since this game had no sales and new, doubt key websites could afford to sell it at a lesser price so they didnt.
CDKeys had it for 65.99 euro where on steam its 79.99.
In theory its not huge difference but 65.99 is a bit more reasonable than 79.99
Guess i was not the only one to think that, because i could not find anything not sold out.
Stuff like BG3, Space Marine 2, DBZ SZ, CoD, Black Myth etc. are still pretty much the same price as Steam store or like 2-3 $ cheaper.
I also waited, it was 49,- before release and as soon as the game officially released it became the same price as the Steam store.
