I believe the story is driven to be against them. I wanted to join them then and there.

To be fair in this game I would even join Dong Zhuo if I could, they made him likable rather than the egotistical evil clown that he was in other games.

I'm early in but it seems there may be a point in the story where something along those lines happens. I'll try to remember to follow up in here when/if it gets to that point.

I hope it becomes a DLC. Joining the Yellow Turbans was a dream for me even back during Dynasty Warriors 7 and 8. I do not like how they make the Yellow Turbans the Baddies so quickly, when in reality the Han was just as bad if not worse when it came to pillaging their own kin.

Also joining Dong Zhou would be cool too. Being apart of the corrupt and evil, maybe even becoming the leader yourself since Court Culture was like that. It would be a nice change to see different alternate routes that have a "what if" scenario.

We've gotten Lu Bu story modes before so a Yellow Turban or Dong Zhuo route isn't impossible.

I like how Zhang Jiao was portrayed more realistically this time. In previous games he was a cartoon villain shouting "The Heavens!" over and over until his immediate defeat.
