Download stuck at 97 percent.
It's stuck. Anybody know the fix?

I tried uninstalling it and installing it again, and it goes straight to 67 percent and gets stuck.

Wait till the blue line finished unpacking inside your drive.

Blue line won't even finish. It's stuck. For some reason, the download goes straight to half of the download and gets stuck.

My bad - I mean the green (disk) line. Once the green line reaches 100% the blue (network) line will resume to 100%

I fixed the issue by reinstalling steam.

you probably only needed to clear your steam download cache.

I tried clearing the steam cache. Didn't fix the issue.
