DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS

DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS

Statistiche:
Game gets boring real fast
So many reviews on steam saying there is depth with battle now but all those people must have 1 braincell. Just defend is way too good for the enemy to even do anything, you get so many parry attacks, and if they choose to do orange ring, you get ample time to do hekkei move, or even musou attack to ignore everything they do.

Worse offender is guard cancel attacks that only cost fraction of your resource, and forcibly gets your turn back so all you really have to do is sit there and hold guard>Y, and voila it is your turn. It doesn't matter if there are 2 or 3 officers around you, these types of moves are too strong to make any difficulty trivial. The move can also break the officers stances which is incredibly OP (has strong attack attribute)

And this is coming from playing on the hardest difficulty, where if you continue to guard you lose resources. After about 3 hours into the game, I just feel like a giant lawnmower cutting down endless fields of grass. I didn't have much expectation coming in, but if this is your answer to monotonous gameplay, it ain't it.

Why do people find the optimal combos or strategies and then complain a game is easy, this happens in every single game. Like bro I can just say Elden Ring and Dark Souls is easy because I know the move sets and patterns..
Also its a musuo game, people know what to expect assuming they have played it before.
I read the OP and I was like... yeah, that all sounds great! I don't see the problem here.

Hero is amature mode... complain when you can handle ultimate warrior mode!
The battle has been improved for anyone who follow this series. If you played the other previous released titles you will understand why people say this time the battle is having more depth.
If you went into Dynasty Warriors expecting Souls-like combat, that's on you.

I am not a diehard fan or anything, but did play a couple of older games way back. I dont know what I was expecting I guess, but prior to release there were a lot of interviews and news talking about change of direction and improvement they were gonna add to the series. I was curious to find out, and here we are.

I feel like they really upsold and bloated what they were doing because I am still a giant lawnmower, and my square button has had enough.

Nope, they sold exactly what was here. Musou games have never been complicated. DWO does, in fact, have more depth than previous main line Dynasty Warriors games. At the hardest difficulty things also threaten you a lot more.

Congratulations, you have succeeded in explaining the definition of a Musou game.
I just hit square until things die. That's how I have played since Dynasty warrior 3. :broflex:

I love this response. That is the beauty of this game. It's simple if you want it to be. Awarded.
