Release time?

Does anyone know what time in Jan 16 would DOW be available for standard version? Say, midnight in Pacific time?

Thanks! I was checking only library (which doesn't show time), so I didn't know store has such functionality.
BTW It says it will be released in 20 hours. Man that's pretty long wait.

5PM pacific just like the early access started on Tuesday. still lame publisher push back the real release date that would have been Tuesday anyway just to make a few bucks

That's the 17th then, which is clearly lying because it says on steam January 16th
