Several of these settings can be adjusted. Some of the camera events that take control away cannot be adjusted at the time of this post. e.g., your ally assisting you, enemy or allies using Grand Tactics / Strategies (?), enemies entering Rage, etc.
But also specific to keyboard only controls, you will need to configure your controls after you start the game (can't configure them from the title screen). The attack buttons default to the mouse now. Battle Arts/Tactics also default to the mouse. Your portable items are assigned to 1...4, with eating meat buns you carry with you set to 1.
To also reiterate, you cannot change the controls from the title screen, since this has frustrated a number of players that did not go into the game to find out the control configuration was in there.
I apologize for the confusion.
You can toggle off the auto lock-on. That is one of the settings that can be adjusted.
The camera part that can't be adjusted at this time were the ally assists, Grand Tactics, and enemy Rage mode cameras.
