Stuttering issue
32gb ram ryzen 7 5700x 4070 super. tried everything. 60 fps. no hdr. no vsync. low graphics. anyone know how to fix

Do you have a gsync or freesync monitor, and is it enabled? Theres been a day 1 issue of this game with those monitors in particular that still has not been patched. Otherwise, what we do know is possibly activating Debug mode in the nvidia control panel menu, you can tinker with DLSS/FSR to boost framerate- the reason because theres a bug that if the frames drop below the set frames (example:60fps), it causes stutters.

Ive found a fix for this on windows 11.
Go to display settings.
Graphics settings.
Change default graphics settings.
Turn off hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
Restart pc.
This fixed all my stuttering issues, and hopefully yours.
