Blank Master Skill Panel?
So I spent some time farming weapon ranks and went from Elite to Hero, but the Master Skill Panel is completely blank in the Skills page. Is that normal?

If you're Rank 25 and its blank, then would say to verify the integrity of your Steam installation.

Before this post, the only other panel I heard showing up early was the True Warrior panel, but it would blank until the player was level 65.

Yeah. I'm in the 40s now and it's still blank, ill try a validation.
