Report a translation problem
If a blue line is connected between you and an enemy, it means use your soldiers to attack them with a tactic.
It can be any officer, even generic Brave / Wise Generals for example.
You may see the blue line more often when you rescue an officer, parry, perfect evade, score enough KOs, and defeat enemy officers.
make sure they're near by to see you do perfect evades or parry or defeat enemy officers etc. you'll see a blue line between you and then. once you use an art, they'll follow it up.
its harder to do and might take a long time to impress them.
there's an equipment item that make it easier. i forget how i got it
