Nvidia Overlay Infinite Latency

Just trying to run the game at 1440p 144Hz with a 4070TI and I can't even manage above 60 FPS with DLSS and Frame Gen? To top it off, the GPU Latency from the Nvidia App just infinitely climbs up to numbers like 400,000. What is even going on here?

I have a 4070 TI and had to turn off DLSS completely because it was causing a lot of annoying stuttering, afterward the game ran fine.

I stopped using the nvidia app when they demanded you create an account for it, but if disabling DLSS doesn't help I would try disabling its overlay next.

Sure enough, capping it down to 60 FPS and turning off DLSS entirely fixes all latency issues. This is even with the latest Nvidia Driver that supposedly supports the game too.

For me it started to stutter when I updated the drivers, I solved it by simply turning the frame generation off and on again
