Story at 99%...

Yo, I have cleared every kingdom's route including their 'true ending', got all bonds to 100%, done every ultimate challenge and made sure to see Diaochan at the end.
I am not sure what else I am missing, apparently 1 mission for 100%???

the final mission comes in the from of a letter by "????", replay chapter 5 from before the battle of Chibi, and check your letters, you should have received it at this point.

If this is the big battle against Yuan Shao, Dong Zhuo/Lu Bu etc I have done that. I also realised I am missing 1 old coin... I don't think its hidden on the map

Ok... I am now 500 coins (it was on the map somewhere lmao), im still at 99% and I can't find the last damn mission.. Do I need to replay from Chapter 1 again? I have done all the Zhang Jiao stuff

missions appear per chapter, check the records and you can find which chapter that the mission is on,

no, but it can narrow down your search for the mission by showing the chapter and the rough timeline of when the mission takes place

I see, well I managed to find 1 ??? for Cao Cao in chapter 5. My lord I wish there was just a filter for it.

Had to google it lol, Dian Wei dead and Guo Jia alive to unlock it.

This one scratched my head too. I know I had ??? in that section but no idea how to unlock it. I ended up having to create 3 saves with all patterns: both saved, both not saved, and finally only Guo Jia saved.

Edit: or actually 4 if I include my first run where I failed saving Guo Jia despite rushing and defeating Yuan in record time

You don't need more than 1 save, that's the whole point of NG+

I dont think it shows if you have not done it.

Everything shows, the tricky part is that you need to look for the ??? , generally you will be missing One save were you save Guo jia and not Dian Wei and one save were you save Sun jian but not Sun Ce.
