Diao Chan 5th bond?

I cannot seem to find what makes this appear. Beaten the game once so that should not be the issue. Have I missed something a bit obvious to make this occur?

From what I've searched you have to raise peace to max in the SILI region

Don't ask me how, though, I've done all the story missions there, done a lot of skirmishes and peace doesn't seem to be not even near half

Not sure if there is a specific path that has more battles in that province to increase its' peace

Max peace in Sili, I accidentally reached it after beating all 3 main stories. Wei seems to have the most battles in that region though.

Nah I got her Bond maxed long before that. Still had 4 regions in the lower half of the map not maxed.

I dont think achieving max peace is the way. I got her bond max before ch.4 of the game (and thats just 1st level of peace)

I believe theres

some requirements

to bond with her and that is CMIIW :
1. Always choose an option to help her
2. when in battle dont let her fight alone (any chances you fight with her make sure you stay by her side when needed)

I get to romance her right before choosing which side im taking (right around ch.3)

Edit : It seems Sili province lvl 3 is also one of the requirement to max bond but I did get it when its still like lvl 1 peace so is this bug on my end?
