SAVE DATA FAILED

I have put about 10 hours into this game and took a couple of days off for a break. Now I try to sign in and I receive a "The save data failed to load. 0x19851108". I have already tried running the app as an admin. but this did not work and I am not sure what to do as I cannot find a lot of answers online. I really do not want to start over and I spent $74 for this game so I expect it to work normally. :/ Any helpful tips?

Just had this happen as well :/ lost my 20 hour save..which, albeit, could be worse but it’s the fact that I have no idea what caused it, so I don’t want to start a new game again just for it to happen a second time. If anyone has any insight, we’d greatly appreciate it!
