Fix for ( Stutter / Frame skipping / Gsync / Freesync )
AMD 7900 XTX, Ryzen 5800x3D, 3440x1440p

- High FPS but its not smooth, constant stutters, frame skipping & bad frame times.
- Freesync / Gsync not working correctly when it falls below frame rate.

The issue was with the in-game Frame Rate Limiter. You can't turn it off, so increase it above your monitor's limit ( 240 fps ) and turn on in-game Vsync.

Now I get a smooth & steady 140fps with no stutters or frame skipping. It would dip to 80 fps lows before.

Doesn't work for me unfortunately. The second the game falls below the framecap the camera panning stutters a ton. Not really sure what else to try I've tried everything I can think of. Hopefully it gets patched, really sours the experience with those frametimes.

I wish it worked for me too. Alas, nothing works.
At first, I thought I could play the game despite the stutters, but now it's really starting to get annoying. I think I'll play FF7 Rebirth first and wait for DWO to get patched.

Thanks anyway, I hope it helps others.
4090 here. in game max fps is also the issue for me.

Monitor is 120hz. So I set max frame rate to 110 in nvidia panel and in game i set to 144. cpu and gpu is sub 50% usage and and max performance profile. Much better but still weird dips especially in cut scenes. Recall this happening in other warriors games. Sanada was the worst.

Usually these things can be manually disabled through an .ini. think one of these is it.

FPSMode = 3
FPS_FG = 3

but don't have time to experiment setting them to zero or 10 or etc.
