Digital Deluxe as it stands is if you're a collector and enjoy the looks behind the scenes, and want to listen to the soundtracks independent of fiddling with YouTube. It's just if you REALLY like this game, not for any practical reasons.

I'm certain the bonus resources won't be worth much, as they always tend to be.

Nope. The whole 'delayed release to sell more expensive version of games' companies are doing these days is the new lootbox cancer. It should NEVER be rewarded.

Whether it's worth buying is entirely up to you, however value should always be based on what is currently provided rather than a hope you'll get something later, especially since this is potentially the end of the franchise

It's not worth it

The DLC rewards are also bad.
The audio and artwork can't be downloaded and can only viewed/listened in-game.

The only real incentive to preorder the deluxe edition would be to play 72 hours early and even that is a bit of a stretch.
