So Nervous
I want to pre-order; loved the demo, been a fan since DW for PS2. The "main-character" is a pop-star of a warrior but I can overlook a lot in exchange for a lot. I'm just hoping the feedback from those who pre-pre-order the game is really good so I can feel more justified in my purchase. Ughhh the demo was just so good!

Review embargo is out the same day as early access so it would be better to wait for that.

I don't wanna pay extra just for 3 days early access so Ima wait til review and just get it on near release date.

I wouldn't be too concerned. Very generally speaking, if a demo grabs you, the game is almost always worth it, even if the game doesn't stick the landing. The above poster has good wisdom to follow though if you're truly strapped for the pre-order money, as reviewers will share their opinion, but I've enjoyed "bad" games and I've hated "good" games, hands-on time really is what sells a game to me specifically.

-----, they aren't going to sell out of copies lmao.
having to preorder to play on release might just make me enjoy it for free. So tired of this practice.
Even the worst warriors games are usually still fun even when disappointing. The question tends to be how long they maintain that entertainment value which varies significantly by entry.

Wild that you played the demo, witnessed with your own eyes the game, say how much you loved it and yet still want to wait until the herd makes up it's mind and tells you what to do. Absolutely wild.
I don't get the negativity with this title, everyone is speaking of "I love the game a lot" and immediately "I am so angry, I am not buying hmph" every time I read a post it sounds like a coping person trying to justify how they won't buy something they are clearly bound to enjoy.

If you love the game get it, have fun, lower your expectations. I am not paying 20 bucks I am not supporting X pratice I am not- stop. You are not going to change the industry. I been there and let me tell you that refusing to pay 20 bucks extra or have one detail that you don't like locks you away from fun.

Base on the divergent paths +the forced ones the game will last at least 40-60H if you do all the routes. I don't know you guys, but I am gonna have so much fun on Monday ;3

Note: i refer to the general board rather than ppl in this specific discussion.

I'm with you. I am completely aware that this isn't like the other mainline titles of the past, but I've been waiting for a large-scale army action game in this style for years. The time has come, and I'll be there on Monday.

You can also just buy/play the game for <2 hours and refund on steam

Latest video trailer (bonds) is not that great... why give choices with little to no difference between them?

Only thing i figure is that the choices picked affect how much bonus rep you get with the officer. Choose what they want to hear and get more points.

It feels like people farming Steam points or people saying "I won't buy haha take that!" with the mask and behind the mask they are sad they didn't buy. Is a game, just buy it or not, is not rocket science. Lately most Steam discussion in unreleased games are like that, people saying it will suck because they somehow feel the need to justify to everyone why they won't/can't buy.
