[Problem Settled] Is the Player "Creatable"?

This reminds me DW5XL: Destiny Mode, and SW Chronicle(plus SW4 Chronicle Mode),
however, it's not yet clear from the Japanese perspective whether protagonist/player-character can be edited as in these games.

According by official interview and gameplay footage in ChinaJoy2024, It's seems You can only set your name on the protagonist(like FireEmblem Warriors:Three hopes/FE: Three houses).

Presumably. Wouldn't make sense to go the "nameless character" route without character creation.

Nothing in their posts states that the character is premade, nor does it ever state that they're the only playable character in the game.

If that's the case, then this game is not worth my time.
Removing the 70+ playable characters just to focus on a generic self insert is such a terrible cop-out.
At the very least make Lu Linqi playable since everything about her is essentially Koei's fanfiction.

How in Gods name will they pull off a nameless hero in the Three Kingdoms arc. I mean there are factions throughout China and different stories within said Kingdoms. Curious how they will unfold that.

I am still looking for an alternative for that game mode (destiny mode). It was a wonderful touch that they could expend upon.

I have no complaints about it. I don't specifically need character creation, but just a unknown, although I can't see why character creation wouldn't work.

In any case, it'll do for me.

You character easily can die in certain moment of the story because of the plot and never be remembered again. So I do not see why we can not add new character even If he never existed in Three Kingdoms arc
