Starting in windowed mode

Hey, I have an issue with my monitor when playing games in full-screen mode. I'm unable to play any games in full screen mode for the time being until I get a new monitor. So, I was attempting to play Outlast but I need the game to start up in windowed mode or else I simply can't play the game. I tried to adjust the settings in the config files by setting Fullscreen=false and adjusting the resolution but nothing seems to be working. Could someone help me to get Outlast to start up in windowed mode if possible? Thank you.

Alt + Enter keys when the game loads in should drop you into Windowed mode.
