The mysterious french note (spoilers)

(Very few spoilers, but still spoilers in this thread)

In the game, when you try to escape from the mad doctor that cut your fingers, in one of the room where crazies are tied on their beds you can read a note on the ground.

I could have not pay attention if the texture was not obviously showing a handwriting. What was surprising is that you could actually read the note (while most pictures are usually low-textured on decoration papers) and it's written in french!

It says: "Salut, ça va? Moi surement que je vais aller chercher des affaires pour d'autres choses. Donc je te souhaite des trucs et des éléments. Ciao !"

It's nonsense, when translated it means :

"Hello, how are you? I will surely go take some stuff for other things. So I wish you stuff and elements. Ciao!"

Yeah it really says what you read in english.
