Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
Nvidia 610m?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
It won't even load.
Your integrated graphics are far below the minimum.
Here's an idea comparing a laptop with the same chipset to the minimum GPU.

Yes, it is playable on intel hd 3000.
My laptop handles it quite well. Just lower graphic settings on low and you should be pretty good.
But also, I run Razer Game Booster and set the games priority on high.
Not sure if the priority helps much, but I do it anyways.
I've been able to play Skyrim also just as well also.
