So is that demanding?! THANKS FOR ANSWERING!
The mininum isn't that demanding so that is good news, either on low settings windowed or not. I am curious on how this is optimized when you do in fact play around the settings though. Guess I will find out tomorrow.

Yeah I doubt it will run the game with the i3's integrated graphics. You should get a dedicated graphics card regardless... You can buy a cheap Nvidia GT620 or GT630 and get away playing this game fine I'm sure. The graphics card will also boost overall computing performance because that CPU won't have to handle the video rendering as well as everything else. Unfortunately, playing games comes at a price.

It won't even load.

Your integrated graphics are far below the minimum.

Here's an idea comparing a laptop with the same chipset to the minimum GPU.

This post if for anyone who is browsing on the internet for the same answer, just as I was--
Yes, it is playable on intel hd 3000.
My laptop handles it quite well. Just lower graphic settings on low and you should be pretty good.
But also, I run Razer Game Booster and set the games priority on high.
Not sure if the priority helps much, but I do it anyways.
I've been able to play Skyrim also just as well also.
