Problem with doors
Is it normal that I can open the doors slowly but I have to close it hard ? It seems that's not good if you don't want to make sounds... :madelf:

Close quietly the same as you open quietly; grab and hold the door/button, then press W,S,A, or D to move the door to closed position (by slowly, carefully 'walking it shut'); this should work.

I found a door glitch at the toilet (toilet within cafeteria area, the last one from left), it was like walk through wall hack, i can pass through the toilet door with ease. I found it while running away from that fat b!tch and i didnt know i was inside the toilet. The good part is that fat b!tch cant open the door :)

Note: Once you open the toilet door, the glitch gone :D

The intended way to close the doors quietly doesn't work, at least now how I've found, it seems that if facing an open door from either side and trying to quietly close it, doesn't move the door, so you have to slam it. Damn.

I believe it's only Waylon Parks in the Whistleblower DLC that is able to close doors quietly - but he is in contrast, a different character to Miles (the guy you're playing in Outlast), as Waylon is more of a shy, gentler guy therefore he closes doors quietly while Miles is more aggressive. Guess, the devs made this minor thing with the doors to match up with the characters' personality.
