I do recommend the Amnesia series for a similar level of psychological horror combined with actual chases/clever scares.
Also SOMA if you haven't played it.
It isn't really like outlast in the sense that it's scary but it really attacks you emotionally and mentally in very deep and clever ways.
It's my favorite horror game of all time and Outlast is second, you might just like it.
I just noticed this, haven't played it but reviews are really positive.
One review mentioned the jumpscares are nice and not too predictable, which reminds me of outlast.
Setting looks somewhat similar too, i'm probably going to pick this up when i can maybe it's up your alley as well.
