My Trainer isn't working! :(

I downloaded a trainer about 10 minutes ago and tried it out, I activated it with the home key and tried the cheats.. none of them worked but only made a windows sound that goes like ding the only ones that did work was the save position and load position and I downloaded the one that creepy guy used from this site and I thought it would work like that. Here's where I downloaded it from http://www.playground.ru/cheats/outlast_trejner_trainer_6_all_version_64_bit_arxlex_ghl-51807/ and here's creepy guy's video on it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvubdyG8MsA I know I know, it's whistleblower but it's for all versions, meaning that it works with non dlc too so I don't know why it didn't work, maybe I did something wrong?
