Questions about ESRB ratings

So. here is the ESRB rating about this game , right ?

Intense Violence, Blood and Gore, Sexual Content, Nudity, Strong Language

I got to know about this game when news about Outlast 2 came out. I saw that very interesting so planned to buy and outlast ,play it and then buy outlast 2.

the thing is that i play horror games with my PC screen on tv and controllers. So everyone could see me palying.

Is there really anything graphically related to sex ? nudity is not a problem unless it has pornographic relations. Can i play it in front of everyone without having anxiaty about graphical sexual content (Strong language is not a problem as not everyone around me know english) ?

A couple of people in this game have their penises out but thats it, its not like emphasized or anything

I wouldn't recommend it to play in front of family at all. This game is better to be played alone, in the dark, headphones, when only our cats around to jump on us and scare us to death, when we go up in the elevator...

It's more focused on graphic violence and gore than sex.
