Energiser and Claustrophobe achievement bugs

So I completed the game on Insane yesterday, and didn't get the aforementioned achievements, even though I am positive I didn't reload batteries nor hid anywhere. I did the door glitch where I skip through the first part where I'm thrown out the window by Chris Walker, is this the reason why?

I think I know the real reason.
Those achievements do not exist...at least not here in the PC version.

Blimey! I thought the two hidden achievements I was missing were those. Can't imagine why they didn't include them. Oh well, that was a gigantic waste of time.
