Please make an option to disable all cam effects and make camera higher for "eye perspective" mode!
It may look fancy on video, but in reality playing like this can be annoying to many people.

Camera vignetterd corners and unfocused sides of screen, pixelated faces, position of camera on level of chest instead of level on head, head bobing, low fov, desaturation and overexposure and all the other camera effects will causes tons of headaches and will ruin gameplay expirience for many people.

So before game release - it should be designed and tested with both modes - from eyes and from camer and there should be toggle button right in gameplay to switch from eye to body cam and back and on start of game it should be asked if player wants to expirience on body cam mode or from eye mode, with tip that no matter what player choice is, it can be toggled any time during gameplay. Also options to disable any camera effect listed above should exist even for cam mode.

Please do no repeat mistake of Kane & Lynch 2 that tried to do same thing (at least it was third person, but also used camera footage concept and it was a failure that annoyed many gamers, especially things like pixelated censorship, fish eye effect, mpeg compression, bad colors etc) and failed!

Also when you will decide to do "from eyes" mode dont move weapons and arms higher, keep them realistically lower, in same place as they are now, just move only camera upper! It will save you from a lot of troubles, and will allow to keep animations like touching camera on body, except that it will happen under eyes and you can see it from above. Also longer and lower arms will look more realistic than in any 1st person shooter where weapons and arms aka viewmodel is made in overlay and always looks like arms and weapons agre growing out of nose or like they all use chest cams instead of real head. To make it look good from eye perspective just look how you can see you arm in same position in reality and replicate it!

Besides that, since its police simulator... please play SWAT 4 and learn couple of good game design ideas from it.
