English Language Pack? Please help.

I was gifted SE3 by a friend, and the only languages which are available are Polish and Czech. I only speak English. I have so far had no luck searching online, nor have I received a reply from Rebellion. I've contacted them through their website, through the SE3 website and also tweeted them. I currently have an open Steam ticket too.

Please help me, guys! I've got a useless version of SE3 sitting there waiting to be played! Is there an English Language download pack I have missed? Or any other advice would be great.
