Rick Waltz has Sniper Elite 3

No audio at all

I've been trying since last night to play the game, but how can I play the game with no audio? I've tried everything from updating the audio driver to reinstalling the game. But nothing has helped. I use a PdP Afterglow Universal Prismatic wireless headset. I get normal sound from other games but not Sniper Elite 3. Any help would be awesome.

i have the same exact headset and it also causes metro last light to crash on startup... i think its just an outdated driver or something.. but there's no available updates so idk what to do.

Here's the solution guys
It sounds weird, but the only way to get them to work is by not selecting the afterglow headset usb headset

Instead you should plug the audio jack of the afterglow usb dongle into your PC headset (audio out) socket. Next select that PC headset socket as your default audio device. Do not select the afterglow usb device as your default audio device.

The crash also occurs for me in metro which is just beyond weird lol.

Well what's strange is that I was also having this problem while trying to play Black Ops. Except there would be sound one minute and nothing the next. I'm starting to think it might be my headset causing this.

Hi guys, im also using the Afterglow AGU.1S wireless headset, and i have no sound in sniper elite3 .... but all my other games on steam which i bought all have sound no gliches what so ever? im guessing the game is missing the sound file....
