Xbox One Controller not working?

My PC is pretty much a home theater one, so for most games I use a wireless controller. Sniper Elite 5 had no issues with my Xbox One controller. However, Sniper Elite 3 doesn't seem to like this controller. I can still move my character, aim, and fire. But empty lung, zooming in and out, using my binoculars, even crouching aren't happening.
