26/30 optional missions in overall stats, but each mission shows everything done.

I have done the 8 main game missions plus the 3 solo DLC missions. They all show 100% completion on everything in each mission status screen after completing the game then picking up a few missed things with mission select.
However, in the global progress, it shows I 26/30 for optional missions and shows I am 98% complete. I have played a quite a few missions in coop, but don't think I finished the game. I have played about half way through in Marksman if that matters.
What am I missing?

Coop doesn't matter. Just play the campaign again from the beginning by loading up the first mission. Don't actually start a new game though. It's a weird sync thing the saves have with the cloud. I had it before but it's good now.

Well, after finishing the entire game again, including the DLC's, it now shows 99% complete, but ALL my other stats now show 0/30, 0/20, 0/32, 0/100, 0/12.

I dunno what else to try to complete it... Then again, I just figured out some of the achievements are competive multiplayer only so I won't be completing 100% of the game anyway so perhaps it doesn't matter.

Hey Bambi,

It can appear at 99% when you are missing some of the weapon parts. These are found from searching the bodies of the people you kill. Let me know if that helps!

I have all the weapon parts for all the stock rifles and it still shows up at 99%.
