So exactly how the **** do you unlock the armoury?

I managed to unlock all three armouries in the shooting range a few months back, but I went back in today to test out some rifles, and they were all locked again. I can't remember what I did to unlock them the first time, and nothing I do seems to unlock them now. Does anybody know exactly how to open these stupid things?

You have to pass the challenges on the Shooting Range. Go to each lane and 'Activate' the challenge for that lane. There are 3 rifle lanes, 1 SMG Lane, and 1 Pistol lane. Once you acheive so many points for that weapon- they unlock.

Not sure why but I experienced this as well. Why would that happen with Steamplay? My game is saved remotely...

Thanks Catalyst, I thought that's how you did it, though it wasn't working for either of us the other night, even after completing the range challenges, and even running through them again to beat our previous high scores. I guess it's just a bug or something, because I just went in and tried the basic rifle and MG ranges, and both armouries unlocked right away. It's weird; I wish they'd just leave the things unlocked once you get them open the first time.
