How do I enable Voice Chat?
I am pretty new to steam, guess why lol, and I haven't got the faintest idea how to enable voice chat? Can anyone kindly lend me a helping hand?

press "V" to voice chat.

If that doesn't work:
1) Go to control panel
2) Sound
3) goto Recording tab
4) Find your current Mic
5) right click and click "Default communications device"

try pressing "V" again in game.

found this thread on google, didnt work for me, my mic is already the default recording device.
Any other ideas?
