Alt+Tab Bug

Alt-tabbing this game causes a stupid bug that SHOULD have been found during QA. Alt+tab and then either Alt+tab back into the game or select the game with the mouse and you'll often (not alway, but very very often - 7/10) find your windows mouse cursor is overlayed in the pause menu. If you click while in the pause menu the game minimises again. You alt-tab back into the game, the same crap happens, over and over and over until ultimately you have to close the game and relaunch it.

Well, I have 3.6hours behind me and encountered tons of bugs that should have never get to QA. I would put my yearly sallary on the statement, that they just ignored a lot of bugs because they wanted to rush the release. Not even a lesser ape could have overseen certain bugs. The MP is actually the best indicator for a rushed release. When I started playing games online and that´s looooong time ago we had better online lobbies available. The SE3 MP lobby is worse than Q2/UT and that´s over 15years ago.

My brother has the same glitch in SE2 and SE3. I didn't have it in either.

To fix it, use Alt+Enter to force it into windowed and again to make it fullscreen again. I used it and it worked for me.
