Runs great for me. Seems even better optimized than SE2.

Problem is at your end i get steady 60fps without any problems and graphics are set to high.

First you should check your end, then start complaining about "poorly optimized" games

GTX 680 FTW 4GB with 3 hp w2408h 16:10 monitors on windows 8.1.1. here and it is as smooth as silk. Loving it. Check your drivers.. actually running 335.23 as I did have a flickering of the screen on and off on one of my pc's the other day with the new 337.88 driver.

I have 340.43 :/

well, I would start there.. Not saying beta drivers don't work, but maybe something considered stable might alleviate any potential issues..

well if you are not getting the framerates you desire then you should try something. First thing I looked for when I got into the game was the benchmark you got in sniper elite. Unfortunately, they did not add it. I liked it because I could customize my settings until I got the perfect mix of quality and performance. I wish they had it in sniper elite v3, unless I just have not found it yet. When you install your drivers you should also do a clean install ( if you have not already ) then go back into windows and change your settings in the nvidia console. Leave the things for application controlled as is but optimize the rest. Then in game change your settings based on what you would like to see and drop from there. I tend to use uilta for most things, turning down shadows and blur off.. You kinda have to go through each setting looking up what it does on google and see if it is really important or if you can live without it. I like things clean and defined so I turn off guassian blur since I don't care for things to look blurry.
