i finished the game on every difficulty, got every war diary, every obtional objectives and all the cards, and the progress is still 98 %

I think I have them all as well and still stuck @ 99%. I've replayed the game over and over again and still not found anything new in the game. I'm sure it's just the upgrades keeping me from getting 100%. I just need to complete the game on Authentic mode, I think it's called?

If you haven't completed the game on Authentic difficulty, chances are that might be the missing thing.

In my game, it reads Campaign Progress @ 99%. As for the Authentic difficulty, I don't think that has anything to do with the different modes in order to finish the campaign at all. Those are for level of game play/achievements/challenge base, for those who like a harder game play opttion. The modes are for your playing satisfaction. Whether it be on Hardcore, Easy or, w/e. I've already finished the campaign, several times, just not on Authentic yet. All DLC campaigns as well.

Idk, I got bored with it. It's not the same for me as the other SE games are because, of the character movement, it sucks. Too many glitches and buggy movement.

In your mission list, you can see what you found, for optional objectives, war diaries, collectible cards, sniper nests and longshots. Have you made sure you got all of them in each mission ?
