How do you change your character skin?

It's almost like this game doesn't exist, I swear. I've been searching for hours online. No matter what I type, the results are completely irrelevant. "Sniper Elite 3 skins" 0 Youtube results, only Google result is a cheats page for the game, which is empty. It's like Google is broken...

It's an option in the MP game lobby, it'd be sweet if you could change it for the single player campaign though.
