can i use a trainer?

No, sniper still talks to steam when you open it, and even if you pull the internet lead it still may modify game files and that will get check when u start it again, all = vac ban

I think valve checks processes running in the Memory and also many of those Trainers have Malware attached so run a check on it.

there are vac or value checking enabled on both sniper 3 and on sniper 4 when it comes out, there has been a heap pinged running cheats so far, and id say more when se4 comes out

Not that i have done , but it just saves all that time getting to the level 50, but it will show in your profile how quickly you acheived that status

yup thats why us admins on servers need you to have open profiles, we look at the acevments and the level of player to how many hours in game, if you have used a trainer we can see that in your profile on steam,

they had vac turned on for the last 2 months, and were testing for se4,
go ask the many who got pinged allready.
so i think its you that needs to go get correct info

Not to mention, VAC only "pings" Steam during online play, not offline or single player. I think you're confusing VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) with other forms of anti-cheat which ARE embedded into the Sniper Elite series.
Rydall is a Server owner for this game , as regards Anti Cheat ? who knows what is around the corner, Those Trainers ? if used will show you gained the 50 status on your profile to quickly and those Trainers can ship with pups , yep trojans

OK, Rebellion did indeed turn on their anti-cheat! And yes it was linked to the VAC backend!
The players who were caught received a Game Ban, that the publisher/developers issues, that is really the only difference! Between a VAC and a Game ban, VAC bans are issued by Valve and Game Bans are issued by the Game Publishers/Developers!
And in fact they have banned several thousand players, such as the entire GTH Clan.
A trainer is still a cheat/hack no matter how you wish to look at it.
Achievement editors are still a hack, again regardless of you fantasies about it!

As stated above, there has been to many to list, and as the rules state I’m not naming and shaming on these boards.

And as its you who knows to little id trust that you would get the correct info next time instead of talking about a subject you have no info on.

I love it when ppl troll a forum on a game they dont even own .

All id say is keep using your hacks and trainers and let’s see who gets a game ban ,

I never disputed the fact that Rebellion had an anti-cheat system in EVERY Sniper Elite game after the original, but none of them are VAC except the first Nazi Zombie Army. If the players that wer caught received a game ban, then it isn't VAC. If you get a VAC, it appears on your profile. VAC are only enabled on official Valve Servers!!! Rydall thinks he's some kinda VAC god because he owns a server and makes people have open profiles. Said so in a previous post, "that's why us server admins make you have a public profile, so we can see your achievements and game hours". VAC penetrates private profiles. It catches the cheaters for you. Instead, you're the one issuing the bans on YOUR SERVER. NOT ON VALVE'S SERVER.

I also never said that a trainer or achievement editor isn't a cheat or a hack, it IS a cheat/hack, derpaderp. Never even said that I use them, that I'm for them, or that I'm against them. Just stating facts here amidst a garbage pile of bad information. Rydall doesn't even know how to tell if someone owns a damn game, for god sake (FYI it's the little mouse icon beside someone's user name).

Indeed, because guess what? I was wrong! Not afraid to admit it, lookit that. SEIII does have VAC. Too bad you have to forum scour to find that information out, because the game didn't launch with it and Rebellion haven't updated the store page.

I haven't kept up with SEIII anyway since I didn't like it over SEII, I was primarily in this forum looking for crash fixes.
