Anyone have this weird aiming issue?
When I try to aim with guns that don't have a scope, there's this frame skip that happens and it jumps to the aim right away instead of a smooth transition.

I'm not at my main computer right now, but my computer should be able to run it at max settings without a issue.

Actually scratch that.

It jumps to the aim smoothly, but the area around it seems to do a weird frame skipping thing.

Yep, happening to me too. Really annoying. Everything else is 60fps.

Do you have aim assist on? That's the only thing I could think of. And yes, it is on by default

Same here. Otherwise runs perfectly smooth. Iron-sighting causes the background to "jump" forwards in several steps. Doesn't seem like lag. Very consistent.

THey explain some possible solutions in the comments.

Yeah I watched that. His solution did not fix it for me unfortunately.

Tried it a second time and it DID work. Make sure you reboot afterwards.
Unfortunately people have been reporting this problem for almost five months, since the game's release. It's one of over 150 known bugs that are frequently reported. Many people have chosen not to play this game, at least until the more serious performance issues are patched. According to an Eidos Official Web Content Manager, the Producer of the game said they are waiting on Intel to deliver this technology before they release a much-needed patch for the game. Intel has taken down the website for the technology.

Yep, not playing it has definitely been my approach. Twenty bucks wasted as far as I'm concerned.
