Voices in a language and subtitles in another
I just bought the game with the discount. I always like Deus Ex and saw the perfect poportunidad replay with this new version. The problem is that I do not talk ♥♥♥♥ about English (this was written google translator). Is there any way to put the game with original voices and subtitles in Spanish? the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dubbing Spain is so, so bad (like all overdubs in Spain) that I prefer to uninstall the game and play the original version.

True that, Spain talks entirely different from the rest of the countries that speak spanish. But the voice-over is ALWAYS from Spain. Even they use their slang words, which sometimes imposible to follow a single dialogue.

Not only that. Besides having a horrible phonetics, with respect to "quality" and "technology" are very outdated. Never going to be able to understand why companies continue to create in this horrible dubbing when dubbing for example, mexico, are made in a neutral Spanish and pleasant to the ear of all, and not responding to specific speaking regions. Spanish is the second language more talking in the world (excluding Chiese) and is spoken in many other regions of Spain ... why the hell companies continue taking the worst version of the Spanish language for ALL your games? I have not NOTHING against Spain. But objectively speaking, their dubs are terrible. You may even notice the difference in quality between the Spanish dubbing and the original voices, there is a world of difference.

Por cierto, hablas español?

I do, but its an english forum. Anyway, i get used to play with the entire game in english by now. People in Spain are used to hear their own language and movies too.
I saw some very upset people with (for example) GTAV not being with spanish voice over.

From the top of my head, i can remember Alan Wake and Gears of Wars having latin american voices.

I remember Alan Wake, good dub, but I always prefer the original language. I feel that gives a more realistic touch. Even I used to play metro 2033 with subtitles in Spanish and in RUSSIAN voices. The only ones who complain are the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Spanish who can not tolerate anything but listen to his horrible tune. They are, in fact, one of the countries least bilingual in the world, it is not surprising that complain that the GTA not bring vocals on "eshpañol". Generally speaking anyone plays games with voices in Spanish for 2 reasons ... it has no choice and he does not speak English or is precisely Spanish person. I must remind the game companies that more than half of Hispanic players ARE NOT SPANISH. A shame, I just throw away five dollars, anyway I read that the game may be in a language for voice and one for text, the problem is that I find the way to do it. I read wrong?

Deberias poder cambiar el idioma del juego en opciones, tanto del audio como de los subtitulos por separado, al menos asi era en el original.

En el original tenias que cambiarlo desde Steam, y luego te daba la opcion en el juego. Aqui, no tengo ni idea

It's the same with portuguese from Brazil and portuguese from Portugal.
Actually, the most subs and dubs are brazilian portuguese.

É como se os portugueses falassem errado. Compreendo como vocês se sentem quanto ao espanhol mexicano e espanhol da Espanha.
Acho que vocês devem pensar algo semelhante quanto ao português se comaprado ao espanhol.

The difference is that they are two doublings (Portgual and Brazil), here we are talking about countries with few overdubs. Latin America (counting all Spanish speaking countries that form) against ... Spain. It is SHAMEFUL that the companies to exploit the same stupid, mediocre and bland dubbing for all people, knowing that for the most part ... do not speak "eshpañol"

Effectively, we share the same feeling about this. Or original voices with subtitles in languages or dubbing "neutral". But that? this is a shame on the part of companies. I NOT SPEAK "ESHPAÑOL", I SPEAK SPANISH
