Foxiest of the Hounds - any way to track?
Is there any sort of mod that allows you to check if you are on track to complete the "Foxiest of the Hounds" achievements? It's the only one I haven't got so far, and I have already did two playthroughs where I was completely sure that I haven't set off alarm... yet after i completed the game the achievement wasn't given to me. So i wonder if there is any kind of way or maybe any mod that allows you to check if you're on the way to secure the achievement? thanks in advance

As far as I'm aware, there's no way to track when you've failed to get the achievement. Something to keep in mind: preventing enemies from triggering alarm panels is not enough, as getting spotted by or blowing up cameras, and destroying/EMPing security lasers will also trigger an alarm.

When I first failed this achievement, I missed the second-to-last Smooth Operator bonus. In the Panchaea hanger bay, there's an inactive Boxguard you can destroy for EXP, but if you destroy it where it starts, the explosion will destroy a nearby camera, setting off an alarm. I specifically point this one out, because it can be hard to tell that an alarm went off with all the other flashing lights present.

In general, though, checking the achievement wiki page that was linked will probably provide a better explanation of what to do than what I could give. Although, in addition to that, you might want to check https://deusex.fandom.com/wiki/Smooth_Operator#Events_that_cancel_Smooth_Operator, which lists every action that will lock you out of the achievement. It's possible you accidentally did one of those without realizing it.

if a guard sees you briefly, before gets hit by the stun gun that counts as an alarm?

If you see your the words hostile in red it will count as an detected. When in doubt reload, a silenced shot near an guard will alert him, but not turn him hostile, but can be used to get him out of a watched position.

Foxiest of the Hounds has nothing directly to do with alerting guards, only with alarms going off. You could get into a big hostile fight with a bunch of guards, and that by itself won't cost you FotH. When just considering the guards, the only concern in that case is a guard running up to an alarm panel and activating it. If you've hacked every alarm panel in the area, and are careful to avoid all the issues with cameras/laser tripwires I mentioned above (like turning off the cameras in advance, for example), you can shoot at guards as much as you want without losing FotH.

That said, one thing I didn't mention above that's important is that some turrets have cameras built into them, so you can't just frag them like any other turret. You have to take them out with EMP to avoid sounding an alarm. Example locations that have these turrets include the Fedorova battle at Picus (Director's Cut only), the storage lockers at Belltower Port, and the bridge at Panchaea.
