Perhaps I will be fine if I rely more on takedowns and less on those non-lethal weapons. Derelict Row will be tough without my Tranquilizer Rifle....
There are small stashes of tranquilizers scattered throughout the game. One particularly good spot is the locker found in Double T's bathroom (Detroit Apartments).
I am NOT going to run through without firing a single shot, doing a single takedown, etc. Deus Ex was a great role-playing experience, and I want the same from this. That is more important to me than some silly achievement.
I do respect other choices in game play. I just don't have the time or energy.
I am near the end of the first mission and haven't used any ammo. I did kill the baddies from the prologue. Again, role-playing.
Also,
Better use PEPS there. Also, had fun using the Icarus stun on multiple crazies when dropping down certain areas.
You could try putting points into battery recharge and Reflex Booster and use your (infinitely replenishing) takedown instead of stun gun ammo.
Tranqilizer guns and ammo, much like the equally silent crossbow, tend to be more well hidden than stun gun ammo, so I suggest you only use it when you deem it necessary. The stun gun does actually have a bit of range, tho not much.
