Problem when recovering your gear [possible spoiler]

I've been playing the game having no problems whatsoever, but i have a doubt about one mission now. The mission is in the missing link part of the game, when you are on the ship, so if you haven't got this far, keep reading at your own risk.

So, you get stripped from your gear and augments, but after a while you recover some of the gear, and you are given some praxis points.
The thing is i receaved very few. Along the game i earned WAY MORE.

My question is if i get the rest back after finishing the main quest, or if is this a bug or something.
I felt kind of conned after getting so few praxis points back.
(Maybe i missed part of them, i dont know)

You will receive rest at the end of mission (which is pretty long)

There is spoiler tag;)
You will find your weapons with your armor, there should be 7 Praxis points and some other stuff.
You will find your ammo and other equipment and most of your praxis points at the very end of Missing Link.
Just beware it is possible to miss your stuff and some people with too many weapons are not able to carry them all due to limited inventory.

Yes i did :) All happened as Star citizen said.
And except the little dreak out, i had no problem ^^

the problem for me is prior to getting on this level I had hacking skills / lift heavy objects upgraded. Which got reset, meaning I needed to reapply in effect wasting the points I had already invested in this skill - after XP for each terminal.

Had approx 30 - 35 praxis before departing belltower docks

Yeah at the end it will more than likely require a lot of inventory management. especially if you play with a bunch of grenades and health items.

Not yet on ship heading for I presume dry land. Non-dc version the points you had on belltower would carry over to omega ranch due to no missing link. Would be nice to have at least the docks praxis points back at end of level missing link

Are the kits you find in armoury additional to what you had or are they taken from precapture qty?

Chris: Thanks for your question. A few weeks ago I had a major problem with my gear when first getting to it after the jailbreak. I got my suit and I think all my Praxis but was not able to pick up any guns, ammo, other from my gun suitcase. My inv locked up.
Since then I have been able to slowly pick up new items for about a minute before I lose my inventory access. All other game aspects are fine. My post is below further down. I think it is a bug.

I have not finished the ML level and have just got the Rocket Launcher but am having other save game issues after the 99 game save point which is another post I have out there.

Not sure what is happening as I have been having mouse problems under Win7 home 64 bit.

If I finish this level I will let folks know what happened but I had a perfect game going, perfect inventory, etc. now it's all a big wreck.

Don't worry, you get your praxis back. Plus what you earned in Missing Link.

Is there some trick to getting your previously upgraded weapons back? I get all my ammo, grenades, etc, but I am stuck with the weapons I picked up in the Missing Link section. I tried dropping the weapons before looting the cache, but I'm still not getting the weapons back.

Hi. I read a post where if you pick up other weapons between the jailbreak and accessing the weapons case that that can affect your weapons retrieval. If that's true the game should give you a stronger hint about what may befall you. I think the next objective is to get back to your gear and to be safe just do that without any item pickups along the way.

I have other questions. 1.) Is your inventory otherwise acting normally?
2.) Have you been locked out of the inventory with a message that only says "Accessing Inventory?"
3.) Do you intend to just play through that level and then see if the game gives you back your pre-ML level guns as some report?

I have been having major problems with this whole topic but have not finished this large level yet.
