For new/returning players in 2025 (shuttering, save memory crash)
After years I played this Masterpiece again and had only two issues.
Except some character models and hair, the game is still beautiful and looks amazing. Can easily beat today's modern AAA trash I never asked for :jensen:

So, those two problems I had and noticed many others have them too are annoying, but can be managed.

Shuttering:
In every entering to new zone, or after loading saved game, you can experience shuttering/lags for few seconds. I have no idea why it does that, because I have 64GB RAM and RTX 3600 Ti, playing Cyberpunk 2077 with like medium on 1440p.

Solutions:
Well, the best one is just ignore it as me and you will be fine. You can remember times when you had low-end PC, lol.

Or use this: https://steamcommunity.com/app/238010/discussions/0/5190945662886275681/

I tested the first method, but only in last location and it helped a bit I would say, but not much really. The second method looks promissiing.

Save Memory crash/critical error:
I had this problem in last location - in Panchaea - but I found also people who had it earlier in the game. It seems it's a problem with gas-grenades. No idea why, because it will just knock out NPCs as other tactics, but looks like it create some memory leak.

I used gas-grenades in and only last mission and after some time I cound't progress further because when saving, even auto-save, the game crashed.
I used gas-grenades in whole location, so if you will not use them on the bridge, as some suggested, it will not help and will crash it anyway.
So what I did was replay the whole Panchaea again and did not use any gas-grenades. Had to kill/knock out some NPCs, but even that I was able to continue without any problem and finish the game. Maybe some gas-grenades will be fine, but don't overdo it with them. It sucks, but what can we do?

Square Enix as any other so-called-AAA company doesn't care. Thnak you for killing the francise corpo pigs! No fixes, no updated, no new game.

Anyway, thanks for reading and hope it will help some lovers of DXHR!

You can't kill progress :jensen:
