Changing Graphics Settings
I have a computer with two video cards, one for common use and one for gaming, and they switch when a game is started. The thing is, when I first installed the game, I passed through the video settings tool without batting an eye, and since there's appearently no way to turn it back on, I'm stuck with a game with suckish graphics, for those are in the minimum settings. Obviously, my computer can run the higher settings, but how can I configure the game to use them? I already found out that there's no .ini file, or anything like that. Also reinstalled it already, by ctrl+c ctrl+v'ing it into another folder, unninstaling through steam, and then placing it back. No results. And I really don't want to redownload it. Can anyone help?

Why not just go to the options and turn up the graphics?

That's the problem, there's nothing on that on the options, I can't even change the resolution from there!

you can actually bring the launcher back. just add -setup to launch options (right click the game in your library > properties > general > set launch options), then remove it when you're done fixing the settings.
