Cops randomly agro in detroit.

I've seen other people having this problem online. Was trying to wrap up side quests and used dumpster to climb fence behind the station to get to O'Malley. Now cops are all agro. I didn't hit them of kill anyone. And unfortunately my last hard save is 1.5 hours and a boss fight ago. Would be happy to pay a fine even though I did nothing...

I pretty sure if you wait long enough, they'll go back to normal. This doesn't normally happen to me just wandering around but something sometimes does trigger this when I've been clearing out the inside of the police station and I come out and the cops are alerted. But waiting a while, they go back to normal.
