However, if you read the set of comics that goes with the game, Jensen does have a love interest/fling in that story.
*slow clap*
You're forgotting the silver-tongued bonus, so I'm totally going with Taggart and Darrow as his primary love interests given how much effort he puts in with that tongue of his to winning them over to his side. Heck, Taggart even invited him to meet up back-stage after the show in his dressing room.
The polite blonde with the nose piercing. She was nice to Adam, sure, which is more than I can say for many of the other characters, but she was just someone who looked up to him.
Pritcahrd and Adam always had a bromance vibe, but not a gay one. Id've had no issue if that was canon, but for a fanfic thing that seems too out of nowhere and cliche.
Adam and Malik, though. I ship that.
For the rest of the cast, Adam is basically a "Ramirez, do everything" kind of tool to fulfill their own agenda.
-Malik is the one asking Jensen about his opinion on being augmented after the attack.
-Malik's quest about her friend in Hengsha is a emotion-driven one (instead of agenda-driven)
-Malik is the one giving nicknames to Jensen (Hey "Spy-Boy")
She's basically being the one treating Adam as a person.
PS: Adam & Pritchard could totally run their own Cop Show.
