Can't map actions to numbers?

I'm using a 60% keyboard so I don't have the F keys, and trying to change those to the numbers doesn't seem to be possible, any workaround?

As far as i remember you cant remap quick save/load, but assigning f1-f4 augmentations is possible (i binded them on mouse buttons)
